“Exploring Syracuse’s Fall Coffee Scene: Where to Go This Fall for Seasonal Coffee and Cozy Cafes”

It’s fall, the most magical time of all, especially in Syracuse, New York.

Fall is in the air and it’s time for all the fall coffee and coffee shops.

If you are searching for the perfect pumpkin spice latte or apple crisp latte, or really anything that resembles fall in a cup of coffee, I am here to guide you .

Keep reading to find out where to go for the best coffee and cozy ambiance.

One of my favorite spots to go to is The Cracked Bean Roastery which is located at 2384 James St, Syracuse, NY 13206.

I love going to The Cracked Bean Roastery not just for the cozy ambiance but because they have a menu with a wide variety of choices. One of the most important things for me when it comes to coffee shops is having options.

The second part that I love is that the baristas there are always so kind and helpful and are always willing to help me find a flavor that I want and help me find the ingredients that will be the best for the vision I have in mind.

This is an extremely personable café that I highly recommend.

If you are not a fan of coffee but love a good cozy fall drink, I would suggest the “Chaider” which is a blend of chai and apple cider and will fill that fall void perfectly.

Also… again… this is not coffee, but they have cinnamon rolls that are made directly in house that you might want to go grab like right now. Who does not love a cozy drink and a good pastry?

I love to get the maple spice latte when I go there during the fall, but they also offer pumpkin spice lattes, spiced brown sugar, and various other flavors you can add as well. Ask a member of their friendly staff and they will point you in the right direction!

Next, I would recommend Recess Coffee… If you know, you know.

Recess Coffee is another big hit in Syracuse and they have a couple of different locations throughout the city. I have been to the Westcott location many times which is located at 110 Harvard Pl, Syracuse, NY 13210, but have yet to visit the other locations which I will be making my way to soon.

I tend to get mochas there because mochas were my first coffee love, but I also enjoy their other seasonal specials as well.

They currently have the Pumpkin Queen Latte, which is a pumpkin spice latte, Hunter’s Cabin Latte which is a smoked butterscotch flavored latte, Apple Chai-der, apple cider and chai, and the Teddy Graham Latte which has honey and cinnamon flavoring.

I am incredibly impressed with the quality of coffee made at Recess and my seasonal favorite so far this year has been the Pumpkin Queen Latte- you can tell the difference in quality with coffee you’ll get at Recess.

Another fall favorite café of mine is Café Kabul which is another local coffee shop chain in Syracuse.

They currently have Apple Pie Matcha, Candy Apple Latte, Pumpkin Spice Latte, and Chaider as part of their fall specials. I had the candy apple latte, and it was absolutely magical.

My personal favorite location of theirs is in Downtown Syracuse at 401 Salina St, Syracuse, NY 13202 , but I have been to other locations of theirs and have had quality coffee and service at those locations as well. ( I just happen to love the ambience best at the downtown location.)

Café Blue and Salt City Coffee, are also great local coffee shops that I love but have not been to yet in this fall season but highly recommend.

Make the most of this fall season and enjoy local .
