Blue Bottle Coffee - Welcome to Chicago

Dear Reader,

Chicago is the place to be if you’re looking to be swept off your feet, and by being swept off your feet, I mean this windy city will blow you away with the choices in museums, activities, and coffee shops galore. I had the privilege of visiting this beautiful city one year ago, and I was in my own version of paradise.

Blue Bottle Coffee Shop was recommended to me through a cousin (my fellow Briers always have each other’s backs - especially when it comes to coffee!) I was impressed with this simple but beautiful coffee shop. I ordered a matcha latte that day for I knew I would be drinking ALOT of coffee that week so I went with a matcha latte, a drink that matched the vibe of Blue Bottle coffee shop. I can truthfully say- this was the best matcha latte I have ever had, and not only it was it delicious, how can one surpass THIS view of Chicago while sipping on a delicious and comforting beverage?

The answer is, you cannot. I highly recommend making this a stop while you visit the homeland of Al Capone.
